We guarantee that each item advertised on our website has been carefully checked for quality and workmanship standards. All merchandise leaves us new, undamaged and free from defects.
We try to ensure that all product descriptions, pictorial representations, pricing and availability are accurate on our website, but errors may occur. We will contact you upon discovery of an error and give you the option of reconfirming your order or cancelling.
Items are photographed using high resolution imaging equipment and uploaded onto our website. We cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
All prices on our website are shown in British Pounds and exclude VAT.
Your order will be hand checked for quality and carefully wrapped. Free Carriage in Mainland UK on order of £150 (net) or more, £7.50 (net) on orders less than £150 net. All orders (within Mainland UK) below 10kg in weight, there will be a concessionary delivery charge. Please contact us for enquiries. The standard carriage rate does not apply to certain bulky, heavy or fragile items. We use National Couriers TNT Express who provide a traceable consignment service. Please make sure that somebody will be there to receive the goods, if you cannot be sure somebody will be in then please use another delivery address…eg. your work address. After two attempts the goods are returned to us. We reserve the right to re-charge any delivery costs if we re-send the goods to you.
Under adverse weather conditions, we will be unable to guarantee next day deliveries. While we will do our very best to dispatch your orders as soon as possible, unforeseen circumstances unfortunately mean that we cannot put reliable estimates on delivery times.
Delivery is restricted to England, Wales and Southern Scotland. Deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Offshore, Isle of Wight, Isle of man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Southern Ireland, you must contact us to ascertain carrier costs, which may vary.
Returns and Refunds
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days upon receipt of the goods.
Please note: Clearance & Sale Items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
If an item was sent in error, or faulty, or damaged on arrival, we will arrange for the return of the item(s) and issue a replacement at no charge to the customer. Such cases must be reported by the customer within 7 days of receipt.
Unwanted items are eligible for a return and full refund within 30 days of receipt, provided the items are in re-sellable condition and in it’s original packaging. We will charge a 15% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for postage/return of the goods.
In the event that you wish YES Group to handle the return of your unwanted goods, we can arrange postage with our reliable couriers but we will charge £6 + VAT delivery fee per box.

Returns and Refunds Procedure
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us that you wish to return your purchase for an exchange or full refund. Please return your dispatch note, as it will be required as proof of purchase, with the goods.
Take the parcel to a courier service and send to: Kurpas House, Greengate Industrial Estate, Greenside Way, Middleton, Manchester, M24 1SW.
Postage costs cannot be refunded.
Please allow up to 14 days for your refund from the date we receive the returned goods.
